Together Everyone Achieves More: A Team that can play together can work together

Studies have shown that team building activities are fundamental for a healthy working environment both on individual and corporate scale: when individuals work as a team, productivity increases; among the numerous benefits of “Team building” is that it improves employee relationships, it teaches them to trust each other and strengthens bonds among them in order to determine and achieve common goals; it develops positivity and confidence, it drops down stress level, improves leadership skills, eliminates barriers to creativity, and highlights the hidden potential of employees. However, outdoor Team building activities proved to have a lasting impact as it targets both the mind and body making the entire experience much more enjoyable where coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success!!

We, at Bank of Beirut, emphasize on providing our staff members with the best working environment possible by organizing several outdoor team building events throughout the year. We use the power of play to create memorable team building experiences that are fun and effective. The participants are divided into groups based on the event’s theme, competing against each other in different types of challenging and interactive games where brain comes in handy combined with muscles, to reach a victorious happy ending; the winning teams are rewarded at the end of the event with Trophies and Gold Medals to keep as a memory of an abnormal day. Our events are motivating icebreakers loaded with thrilling fun and positive communication.

Fun: "The power of play” is combing play with work to create an effective team building event. The purpose of our programs is to help our teams enjoy their day at work while being simultaneously productive. The end result is increased motivation and productivity, higher creativity levels and more flexibility.

Icebreaker activities are a great way for new employees from different departments to meet with colleagues and get to know each other; as they discover similar interests and unique talents, they'll build relationships that get carried back to the office.

Hands-on team building events can help improve workplace communication skills by placing employees in situations that require effective teamwork, collaboration, negotiation, and competition.

Employees who feel rewarded in ways other than direct compensation are more motivated to be successful, both for themselves and for their employers; helping employees build strong human connections in fun surroundings outside of work boosts morale and motivates the entire team.
